You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. swrte99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must notify swrte99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. swrte99 reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized use.
Account registration and use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your swrte99 account to any third party.
swrte99 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. swrte99 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All funds deposited into your swrte99 wallet must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. swrte99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. swrte99 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
swrte99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending satisfactory completion of such checks.
swrte99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire and be removed from your account upon the expiry of the promotional period.
swrte99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

swrte99 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds, without prior notice.
All content on the swrte99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the property of swrte99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform.
Any unauthorized use of swrte99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, swrte99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
swrte99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. swrte99 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
swrte99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your swrte99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination for cause, swrte99 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Upon termination not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
You may close your swrte99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the swrte99 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
swrte99 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.
